Had the heat pump fail on Bosch dishwasher so replaced it. It now only heats on a quick cycle, the eco and intensive cycles are just cold water. Assumed the control panel had failed but it does the same with a new panel. Have rechecked the heater elements and they are all good and work on the quick wash, just none of the other cycles. Any ideas?

Try running the test program as described in the service manual for the dishwasher and check if there are any error codes displayed. (Don't be misled by the title of the manual. Your model range is also included i.e. SHU5315 - see Table of Contents)
The manual also contains the schematics which may help.
