After a strong rain, the TV started getting wet spots in it.

After a strong rain, my TV got water in between it’s screen and display I believe. The wet sport are lighter than the other parts of the TV. How can I fix it?

Also, this TV does not appear to be a Sony Bravia. If it is not a Sony Bravia, let's me know, and I will change the device type.

Alexander Arabadjiev the only way to "fix" this would be by dismantling the panel and drying/cleaning the diffuser sheets etc. It's a bit of a PITA to do this. We would need to know your exact TV make and model number to see if we can find some sort of guide for you. It is not difficult to do just cumbersome.
