Refrigerator and freezer both stopped cooling

GE Profile Model PYD22KYNCFS stopped cooling both frig and freezer. I cleaned the condenser fan grille and the fan is running. Both the fan in the frig and in the freezer are running. The compressor was warm but could not really tell if it was running so I changed the starter and capacitor, that was no help .The copper tubing from the compressor is cool but not cold. I think it could be a temperature control problem but I'm do not know how to check that. If that is not the problem what do you think it could be? I was thinking a leak in refrigerant but I see no signs of there being a leak, no oils anywhere I can see. Please help send me in the right direction on this. The frig is 1.5 years old

Here's the mini manual for the refrigerator.

Try running the diagnostics and check if any error codes are displayed.

Hopefully it is not a sealed system problem.

If it is check the warranty. Usually there is a 5 or 10 year warranty on the sealed system
