The short answer is no. All the components that would normally be upgraded in computers but not usually tablets to improve performance, storage etc e.g. CPU, memory, HDD/SSD etc are hard mounted on the systemboard and cannot be replaced.
Here is the hardware maintenance manual for a YOGA Tab 3 Pro Tablet (YT3–X90F, YT3–X90L, YT3–X90X) that may help as it shows what can be replaced
