Lost battery cover, need replacement

My watch is A1553 with 38mm case. The back cover on the battery fell out and I need a replacement. Otherwise, the watch has been working fine but no longer chargeable.

While the external cover @oldturkey03 has pointed you to will be needed, there's a bit more! All I see is the bottom side of the S1 SIP unit you appear to be missing the charging coil unit and the photo sensor unit. You can see a full teardown here Apple Watch Teardown

I found the back battery cover so will see if I can put back on. I had noticed a thin wire coming out the back too, but now that is missing. I worry that wire is required for Watch to function. I hope to find repair instructions next.

@Ann Stratton - You need a means to charge the battery. The charging coil in my images is what does that and thats what those two wires connect to within the sensor unit which in turn connects to the watches computer (S1). The sensor unit needs to connect via its ribbon cable gold contacts.
