Hi, I recently replaced my screen on my 6S Plus, everything works just fine but the screen won't "crunch" properly on the bottom near the taptic engine and the headphone jack. Haven't run across this one myself; can you post a couple of photos of the inside of your phone and the back of the display? Perhaps something will jump out to the members here who've worked on them a lot.

My first thought was that perhaps you had the wrong screen; maybe you got a 6 Plus screen instead of a 6S Plus by mistake, but after comparing the spares I have on hand, the digitizer connection is completely different, so you'd know right off if you had the wrong one when you tried to plug it in.
Maybe a picture of the back side of the LCD as well would help?

Awesome! The only thing I can see offhand is that the bracket that goes over the home button looks like it's a little "off", like it's not quite straight. Are you missing a screw next to the connector?
