@june1927 get an inexpensive usb ammeter and connect it between your charger and the phone. See how many amps it pulls, if any. Could be a bad charger, bad charging cable, bad charging port bad battery or even a PMIC issue on the main board. If you need to get to the board level, follow something like these flowcharts.
