The reason for this is a virus (zgachaaf)!
Try to delete any apps/files you downloaded recently.

The reason you are having that file in your phone is because you downloaded application that tried to access your storage and footprint those files if these application still remain on your phone the files will continue to be there.. it's common to loan applications so remove anyone from your android phone and clean the records and you will be free
