Hi, i want to upgrade to M.2 SSD (256gb), i wanted some help in ordering the right and supporting model as i am confused with so many connector types, also crucial is not showing M.2 SSD on their website, only showing 2.5 SATA Hard Drive only, can anyone suggest a compatible ssd, i am uploading the M.2 SSD Slot image for reference

Here is the Lenovo parts support page for the laptop.

Click on Select Commodity > M.2 card to find the part numbers for all the M.2 SSDs compatible with the laptop.

Search online using the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.

Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop which may also help. On p.45 it shows how to remove the M.2 SSD

Thanks for your useful guidance and support, i have checked the lenovo india website for the compatible m.2 from their list but some models are not available here in india, so i have ordered this GIGABYTE NVME 256GB M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3 Internal Solid State Drive (GP-GSM2NE3256GNTD) from amazon india, hope it works with my laptop
