Why is my power adaptor and laptop overheating

Laptop is overheating even on idle.

I am using coolpad too but it didn't help too much.

Is the fan running OK?

Is the laptop's air vent clean and dust free?

Have you ever refreshed the CPU thermal paste?

Does the laptop get hot even without the charger connected?

What have you checked?

it is common i guess try changing the thermal paste mine is at 60 degrees celsius after that
