After installing a SSD, I powered up the computer I get a black screen

I have an iMac Late 2013 - 21.5. After installing a SSD drive, I powered up the computer and got a black screen. Only 3 LED lights are on and the 4th remained off.

I also, had the most difficult time disconnecting the two cables. Now the cable connector is on the logic board is bent and the display cable won’t stay.

Any suggestions, frankly I'm out of them?

You should have the LVDS cable connector checked out. We see these getting ripped off all the time when the display leans too far forward, or heaven forbid, falls off. In either case if the connector is separated, it will need to be resoldered by a tech with good soldering skills. Delivers where you’ll spend your money, because the part is under $10.

Note, you may have damaged LVDS cable as well. If there’s the slightest bit of bent pins on the ends, just replace that ribbon cable.

Good luck.
