Cracked or non working Digitizers (touchscreens) and LCD screens usually can't be repaired, they have to be replaced. Although in the case of non working it may be a loose digitizer (or LCD screen) flex cable connection

Here's a video that shows how to do this.

At 5.30 minutes onwards into the video you can briefly see the two screens i.e. digitizer and LCD screen being separated.

The ifixit Samsung Galaxy Core Plus Disassembly guide may also be of some help.

Search online for the part number only GH96-06694A (white), GH96-06694B (black) or GH96-06694C (pink) to find suppliers that suit you best.
