I haven't got that particular laptop but I believe the manufacturer's documents and images of the device, more than what AI apps say.

Here's the manufacturer's hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.

There is no mention of an M.2 slot on the motherboard at all.

Here's a link that shows an image of the motherboard and as you can see, there's no M.2 slot anywhere on the motherboard.

Search online for yourself to see if you can find verification of what AI states, e.g. look for manufacturer's documents - user manuals or service manuals and also images etc, rather than just believing AI to be true as a lot of the time it just regurgitates what others have said online and not all or any of it may be true.
