Try removing the cycle selector knob off the D-shaped cycle selector switch shaft (it should just pull straight off) and then check if turning the shaft manually allows you to change the cycles, in case the spring clip which holds the cycle selector knob onto the shaft has lost tension etc and is not rotating the switch when the selector knob is turned. The supplier linked is only to show the part. If it is the problem, search online for WP688805 to find suppliers that suit you best.
The cycle selector switch is mounted on the control board (see image below of the control board with cycle selector shaft in the middle of the board)
If turning the shaft manually doesn't work then you need to remove the the control board and check the switch to perhaps see if the switch is the problem and if it can be fixed (switch replaced?) or if you need to replace the board. (part #W11116592)

I'm having this problem. I can enter diagnostics mode and test all components. No codes. Just unresponsive when trying to select a cycle. Thinking a UI problem.. How do I fix?
