Installed new battery and it just shows blink apple logo

I installed a new battery and it worked when I checked it before I closed the device back up it when I go to charge it it just blinks the apple logo and it turns red. I tried to force restart and that didn’t work. I need help.

It definitely did not charge on the puck so what I did since I had another seal left over was I took the watch apart again and inspected the battery and connection and the connection was not secure so I fixed it and did it while the watch was on and now I got it working. Thank you for the help man.
