Hello, I have 2 iPhone 4S's and one of them has a cracked glass but a good LCD and the other one has a non cracked glass but has a cracked LCD on the inside, when I was checking the tutorials I saw that I had to remove the glass panel with it which i dont want to. Help?

You can separate and reattach the glass with appropriate tools, which probably cost a truckload of functional iPhone 4s now.

Short answer: No. The display is laminated to the glass; they're effectively one piece. Separating them without further damage requires specialized equipment and/or a whole lotta luck, and even if you do manage to separate them re-laminating the pieces together (to make an actual functional piece) still requires specialized equipment and materials.
