Hi, I have two insects under the glass panel. One is still walking around the other is dead.
Is it possible to remove just the glass to get them out?
I did this with my last iMac and it was easy to remove and replace. Was wondering if it was possible to do the same with my iMac M1 24"? Any help gratefully received.

Yes but also no
The glass on the m1 iMacs is fused with glue to the LCD however you can take it off(with the LCD attached to the glass but unless the insects are behind a part of the display that is accessible able you won’t be able to get them out sadly

Thank you so much for your response, I will check out the link. It seems a shame to remove it, I think I will leave it for now, they are both dead and very tiny and now at the edge of the screen.
If more appeared I think I would go ahead.
