Samsung Galaxy A51 Startscreen freezes

I have a problem with the A51. Only the Samsung start screen is still displayed. No matter with which key combination I restart it, it only comes up to the Samsung screen. It can also not be switched off. The A51 simply starts again and it gets stuck in the start screen.

Which key combinations have you tried?. Soft reset?. Safe mode? Hard reset?

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

Only the combination for soft reset works. Power and Volume up does not work

I went looking for an already existing answer for this and found it has been answered here before. I added a more comprehensive answer for those who have already tried the suggested solutions without success, if you try everything else the last resort is covered in my answer there. Good luck

Thanks for your help @uchetil but I can't get the device to turn off. When I connect it to a PC, it is not recognized. And the next point, the phone comes not to the Downloadmode or Recoverymode or something else. The phone makes only a reboot and stuck.

Then I would suggest you follow this guide to the point of disconnecting the battery wait perhaps five minutes possibly pressing the power button for say 30 seconds and then reattach the battery. This is what a soft reset is meant to emulate. If luck is with you it should fix the problem, I'd get rid of whatever software caused it in your shoes. Let me know if that ails you might try removing and reinstalling the latest driver too. .

If you don't want to open it, or if it s still under warranty you could wait for the battery to go flat and try a restart then. Might work, might not after restoring power.

If the volume up is not working there's a chance the button is sticking, try working them and perhaps canned air. A stuck button, usually the power button can also cause a boot loop.

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

What app? Instigated the bootloop?
