Hello, I would love for yall to help me so...... My Onn. tablet doesn't want to turn on I plug in the charger and it just has a charging battery sign but it just flashes I'm so confused I've tried to power it on but it won't work ***PLEASE HELP**

First, check your owner's manual for possible solutions if you don't have it, it is here a guide to troubleshooting android devices that won't start is here if after consulting these you still have a problem come back and tell us what you have already tried, give as much information as you can include pictures of anything noteworthy. Above person explained procedures quite well. Is it still under a warraty? By default (unless to purchased the warranty extension) the warranty is a 1 year parts and labour. I would suggest you Return it A.S.A.P. You may have gotten a defective model. Otherwise, what is the make and model? Perform a Hard Reset. This is where you hold down both volume buttons as well as the power button, then (hard part) also hold down the home screen button. That's the main Middle button usually at the bottom centre. Trick is you have to hold ALL of the Button's at the same time for like 60 sec to be sure. Then let them go, if all goes well your device will be like the day you bought it. Now, hopefully you backup all your stuff at Drop or Onedrive or even Gmail. Then you can sync it all back on.

Try performing a Hard Reset of your device. This will restore it to the factory settings state. Like new device. Hold down the Power and volumes up\ down until it reboots then let go of the buttons. See if a Reset solves your problem.

Nothing happens when I hold all three buttons down. We just bought the onn tablet 2 months ago. It was fully charged and while the grandson was playing it shut off. Can't get it to turn back on.
I literally made an account to say thank you. I just got done soldering a new usb C port onto the motherboard and the device still wouldn’t turn on. I did all three buttons and it worked (and didn’t even factory reset). Before the usb C replacement, the tablet didn’t charge (the port was actually severely damaged, so the replacement was needed). I thought I was totally defeated. Thank you so much!
Can you blow it out with a compressor or buy a can of compressed air. Let me know if this port light notice stops. If not you may have a damaged charging port or something is putting pressure on that area inside. A contact solder could have loosened also.
@alabama1234 according to your user manual the battery icon "pulsates" to indicate the battery is charging. I suspect you may need to replace the battery. Search online for your model number replacement battery, many times the sellers also have videos to guide you in doing the replacement yourself, or a local shop should be able to help you.

heres an easy way to do it with no tool nothing to buy you don't even need to get up😁
your devices charger port is definitely clogged so what yo need to do is do this emoji👌 and start flicking at where the charger port is this way. Dust can get in a better position now after that put your charger head in and start wiggling so you get the dust out on to the charger than you can use your clothes the wipe the charger head or thenmore fashionable way get a damp piece of napkin/toiletpaper now flick just a little bit more than leave to charger for 3 hours. If not turn on do factory reset my holding both volume buttons and power button for more than 15 seconds

@alabama1234 how long has this "has a charging battery sign but it just flashes" been going on? Have you checked your charger, charging cable and charging port? Checked for any lint, corrosion etc. in the charger? What exact ONN tablet do you have?

@alabama1234 this " " warning please remove charger" but i wouldnt have my charger in " could be a bad charging port. Try a new charger first , after that re-evaluate and hopefully we can figure something out....bad charging port, bad battery we'll see :-)
