Kernel_task Is making Mac Slow To Use

Hello, everyone recently My MacBook Air has slowed down it’s weird because it never happens before and this is the first Time it happend I check activity monitor and saw Kernel_task taking up my CPU so I did a reinstall of Mac OS and that didn’t solve my problem so I did a NVRAM reset which also didn’t work then the last option was to do a SMC reset which worked but then the computer died because I could charge my computer when I do an SMC Reset any help so I don’t constantly do an SMC Reset Thank You

I would run the onboard diagnostics to see if any errors pop, if not they you likely have a OS/software level issue.

Restart your system and press the D key, let us know the error codes if you get any.

You could also try clicking the "Kernal_Task" on Activity Monitor and Force Quit it.
