Battery could be going bad, you could be using a charger that does not support fast charge. If fast charge is not available in your settings that would be likely.

The problem can be caused by using cheap cable or adapter, make sure you have right charger(fast charger 15w), if you are using different adapter that is below 15w will charge your phone slow if its above 15w it will damage you battery.
