I am only hearing music from left earbud and completely no sound from right side but it is charging fine

Hi

Have you tried the following?

Repairing and forgetting in Bluetooth settings

Draining all battery’s (both Powerbeats and case)

Cleaning the in ear sensor (shiny bit on the earbuds head)

If all these don’t work give me a shout as it might be more advanced
