Display problem (low resistance on the j5700 connector)

Hi everyone, my display not working. On the display connector (j5700) signal 90_MIPI_AP_TO_DISPLAY_DATA2_CONN_P on the 19 leg have 15.6 Om. As I understand this is processor signal and my phone can't be repaired?

The second question is the PWR signal has 81.6 Om, is it low resistance?
