Ram dont run at 3200

I had my ram run at 3200 suddenly my pc close and from that moment when i put my rams ay 3200 the computer didn't open and when it did the rams goes at 2133 any help ;

Hi, it sounds like one of your modules or slots may be faulty i.e. clocking the wrong speed. Re-seating one module at a time and alternating slots may help you diagnose this possibility.

I would also mention that if you need to enable XMP to get your RAM to run at 3200, that's still technically an overclock. Even if the profile to achieve it is an easy to enable switch, it could just be that one of your sticks is not capable of sustaining that anymore. I agree, trying to run the sticks one at a time, see if the issue continues to occur to try and narrow down which stick is the issue.
