iPhone restarts every 3 minutes

I have an iphone 11, did a back glass replacement, while taking down the glass around camera lens, I ripped the upper microphone(with the part of flex) the one behind the back camera, i took out the battery, face id, motherboard, speaker and vibration before doing it, the charging port was inside while doing the back glass, i dont see any visible damage on charging port for it to cause a reboot, i have this panic log, what should I replace according to it, the powerbutton flex or charging port?

@tech_ni Will do!

@tech_ni When Powerbutton flex is plugged the phone just goes into bootloop, without it connected it reboots every 3 minutes, the analyzer says powerbutton flex or microphone sensor something like that

@dizzyrepair have you disconnected the charge port

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

@tech_ni yes I did, and it reboots again, I ordered original charging flex and power button flex, so we will see

Based on the panic log you posted and the back glass repair I would say power button flex is going to be your issue. Mic 2 is actually on that flex cable, which is what the panic log indicates is missing, and the one you said you tore. It's fairly common to damage that cable during back glass repair since it sits right where you would be trying to get glass separated from the rest of the chassis.

Yes, I have replaced the powerbutton flex and now it works just fine, even though its OEM and not the original, stupid of me for not removing that flex

@dizzyrepair It's easy enough to overlook and removing that cable is a bit of a pain. You took out all the really important stuff. If this is the only thing that was damaged, I'd still call that a win. Glad you got it sorted out.
