Why does my horn intermittently honk when the car is off

I actually have a Kia Soul but that wasnt an option.

Anyway the problem started after I shipped my car from Europe to the USA and the shipping company never disconnected the battery so needless to say the battery was dead at the port. I got a new battery (a slightly larger one with my cracking amps for those cold winter mornings) and since I got the car back, I've noticed it does it. Its not often. Maybe every 2 hours ish (but thats a guess) and its a short beep like when I hit the lock button twice and its gives the doors locked confirmation beep.

Any idea of what it could be? I checked all of my car FOBs and the batteries are not even low. Otherwise car drives fine and everything is working.
