Why is my phone overheating?

My phone is overheating, it does it more when using facetime or anything that involves the the camera and its video function. My battery doesn’t die fast, as my video call will end before the battery even gets low because it over heats so bad. What can i do to fix this? My phone runs pretty good for it to be owned for only 2 years

hello Queenie,

be sure to go to a repair shop, you have a short circuit in the electronics. It must be found and eliminated. It will not repair itself and it will only get worse with time. Finally, the phone will turn off and the battery will swell due to unforeseen drainage. A short circuit is when one of the electronic components ceases to fulfill its function due to an error, and all its electric charge goes to ground instead of to the next circuit. A significant amount of heat is then generated, which is the basic symptom (simplified) of such a phenomenon.

anyway, fingers crossing and regards,
