Dust behind lenses and scratches too.

Hello, There is dust behind my Lenses and Scratches on the lenses too. I wanted to replace them and get rid of the dust. Is there a way of having someone do it or even ordering the parts so i can?

(EDIT: Warranty is out and steam says no help :c)
