Have you tried having a look to PS4 Developer wiki (https://www.psdevwiki.com/ps4/) to identify the model of your PS first, to find the schematics then? For example the R9J04G011FP1 in the first photo is related to the Blue Ray drive, searching for Blue Ray schematics could be helpful
