So my system will start up and run fine until i start a game then it last anywhere from 10-30 minutes, and with no warning just shuts down
Update it was an excessive heat issue I cleared the dust with a shop vac, now i keep it in a well ventilated area and it’s running like a champ, thank you all for the suggestions.

I have faced the same issues, keeping the console in well venitilated area, is very important. It worked like a charm, before I kept in a closed rack, since then I faced exactly same issues.

I have the same problem, but it only turns off when playing ps5 games. (Ps4 games work fine). Did you find a solution?

Please ensure your heatsinks and power supply vents are not full of dust, hair, or other debris. The PS5 is very sensitive to any blockages arising from poor maintenance and environment.
You might also have a liquid metal oxidation problem. How does your fan sound? Do you get overheat warnings? How's the power connection? At full draw, PS5s use up to 240 watts maximum. Best to plug into it's own dedicated outlet, and not use a surge protector if possible. Most home wiring if up to code, include ground wiring to prevent surges built into the outlets.
How long have you had the PS5? Is the issue new, old, worsening, or stable?
I have the same problem only turns off when playing ps5 game like Gran Turismo 7, Gran Turismo Sport is a PS4 game I play on my PS5 and the console have never shutsdown by iself playing that game. so I think its a problem playing PS5 games only.
Ps5 isn’t coming on at all. Not making a sound. Is there any hope to revive it?

No warning shutdowns are usually indicative of either power failure or excessive heat. Now, as many have suggested try and keep good airflow to the airducts, and ensure that if you are a smoker (or have someone who smokes) that the fans are clean as the oils from the cigarette smoke can make dust get stuck on the fans preventing them from working well.

So update it was an excessive heat issue i used a shop vac and cleared the dust out, i now currently keep it in a well ventilated area and she runs like its straight out the box thank you guys for the suggestions.
