Marie Oatis this is something you do want to have it checked professionally. Apparently Toyota has a lot of issues with this feature. Sometimes it’s a bad camera other times it is possibly that it needs to be calibrated. Cost is most likely upwards of an hour labor (I guesstimate somewhere in the $150-$200 USD range. Most professionals will give you a cost estimate once they look if over.
