Hi, there. Wondering what’s wrong with this top LCD light (please refer to attachment)? As it won’t on when iMac is turn on, the other 3 LCD lights are OK. Is it LCD Inverter Power Backlight Cable is faulty? Thanks in advance.

Reconnect the display making sure you properly seat the connections. Use some painters tape to hold the display. If you get an image tale a picture and post it. If you don’t plug in an external display does it show your desktop? If you can’t do that take a flashlight pressed on the display in a dimly lit room you should see a faint image of your desktop and/or do you see a slight glow from the display?
