Duane is right. The charging port you brought is defective. The mic might work but you need the thermal sensors to communicate with the CPU and they obviously are not. The only other part that could be causing this behaviour is a faulty battery but I would put my money on the charge port.

There is a video here on the problem of aftermarket charge ports on the 11 series.

@saif0737 Missing sensors, (180 seconds ago), unhealthy all points to faulty charge port or battery but mainly charge port.

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

@imicrosoldering by faulty means it can be a copy one and not a premium or oem pulled?

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

@saif0737 Yes but in my experience if you do not buy a premium or pulled one there is 1 in 5 chance it will not work. You have to remember that the seller does not know how these charge ports work. He probably brought a thousand of them. They could be all or at least half faulty.

If there a no reputable phone sores in your area I would purchase a dock from Ifixit as they have tested there products.

crwdns2934285:0crwdne2934285:0

You need a high quality or even better, an original pulled port.

If you look at the panic log, and see mic 1 is causing the crash then it's 100% a port with bad thermal sensor.

The panic log will confirm the issue, but from what you've changed, I'd say you need to send it back.

Did you test the port before installing? Saves alot of time stripping down again.

nopes didnt test the new port but if i put back the original one it should work right? panic log shows psr0 and seller is confirming that it should work because he sold 38 like this

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

idk why but the mic stopped working so decided to change the flex... changed and it worked but issue is the restart every 3min so i put back the original and still same issue i dont understand how

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

Any supplier can sell alot, but still get a certain % of faults, what should work and does are different things (as we know)

Try just plugging in the old port if that was fine before. But bear in mind, that could have been damaged on removal too.

At least if you test prior to fitting, the seller can't argue a return then, and saves you a headache. If you do a few of these, anything from X (or Xs upwards) is best to keep a couple of each port incase of this. Pain in the backside, but you can quickly test and have more breathing space if you do have a faulty one.

Do a little test, let the seller know its come up with PRS0 and see what response you get, should acknowledge there's a pressure sensor fault on the dock. Find alot of sellers just buy in bulk parts without any knowledge which isn't helpful to the buyer.

He told me he will send another one and claims it is not original and will work nonetheless @Duane

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

His answer was that did the new charging flex fix the microphone? And i told him yes then he tells me that there is nothing wrong with it cause it fixed the problem and then after much argument he did send another one that i will change later

crwdns2934271:0crwdnd2934271:0crwdne2934271:0

crwdns2934285:0crwdne2934285:0

The panic log shows the fault is related to flex. The complete panic logs see the process to find the proper solution. Which have presser sensor if any track missing or water damage then such issues shows I also faced that and finally solve that issues.

If the problem was from charging flex then using original flex most of the aftermarket flex has the waste of money.

iFix it stuff is really awesome.
