Apple iMac (Late 2013) 21.5" A1418-2638 Screen Fell Off

I upgraded the RAM (16GB OWC) and SSD (Crucial MX500 1TB) on an Apple iMac (Late 2013) 21.5" A1418-2638 on December 9, 2021 and last week the screen fell off. I completely cleaned the casing and screen before using the recommended adhesive from iFixit and this occurred. I plugged everything back in and it turns on, however nothing shows up on the screen. Any troubleshooting suggestions are greatly appreciated. I’ve order a new 923-0281 Embedded Display Cable to see if it works. Thank you!
