iPod keeps boot looping after battery got too low

So I have an iPod 4th gen, but it keeps boot looping because of low battery. I know that the battery is good because it was charged earlier, but now it keeps boot looping.

I fixed it. All I did was use a power supply that supplied less amps, and then it didn’t keep trying to restart.
