Power issues after screen replacement
Hey all,
I recently replaced the screen on a MBpro, 16” 2019 model. The screen repair worked like a charm, however, the computer developed an interesting issue where the computer will only power on only when plugged in. It immediately shuts off when unplugged.
The computer does register that the battery is plugged in, and reads at 80%. I even downloaded Coconut Battery and it read the capacity at 88% capacity. I tried the SMC reset and the PRAM reset. Any suggestions or ideas will be helpful

Okay, so edit from yesterday, I left the computer to sit overnight and the issue seemed to have resolved itself. It’s now powering on just fine without the need of a power adapter. And while I am glad, any insight on the issue would be much appreciated.
