No response to my cell
The phone is not switching on or responding to a charge. Tried a new battery but still doesnt switch on

- First Turn off your phone completely.
- Hold down the Volume Down button that the Power button together for a few seconds.
- When the Samsung logo shows up you can let go of those buttons.
