Surface Pro 4 screen takes time to start displaying images

I have a Surface Pro 4 that takes a ridiculous amount of time to start displaying images after turning it on. It starts with a black screen, and then after a while, it shows images in the top portion of the screen, which progresses further down and after a long time of flickering and screen burn ins, things start working again. I have found threads online that states a faulty capacitor can cause this. Does the screen have replaceable capacitors, or should I replace the screen entirely? My device has the LG screen
