Black Screen on PlayStation After I Quit A Game

On December 31st, I loaded up a game called Midnight Club: Los Angeles on my PlayStation.

It went buggy, so I quit the game. But, after I quit the game, all it's showing me is a black screen.

Why is this happening?

Give me answers and suggestions for problem fixing.
