Why does my device turn on and off repeatedly?
I’ve been having this issue since last Monday, my iPhone XR had randomly restarted itself, I pressed the power and volume buttons, hoping a force restart would fix the issue, but it didn’t, the device repeatedly turned on and off by itself, my uncle tried to reset it using their laptop, but it didn’t work, this makes me wonder if the device can be fixed

It's possible it could be fixed, but more information is necessary. Sounds like it might be experiencing a kernel panic, which is basically just some sort of error the device can't recover from. When you say it turns off and then back on, like it's just restarting randomly? Or it's just stuck looping at the Apple logo? Can you get into it for long enough to check some logs?
If so, they would be in the settings under privacy > Analytics > Analytics data. I would check in that list for any entry that starts with the word "panic" any information on that first screen worth of data when you click on the panic log would be helpful, if any of these sort of logs are present.

Despite my iPhone XR not showing the “Storage Almost Full” message, the device restarted itself, and since then it repeatedly turns on and off, what could possibly be the problem?
