My phone button is displaced

For some reason the phone came in with a defect in which there is a small gap that I didn't notice soon it started filling up with dirt etc which eventually got my phone button stuck and my lower volume button when I cleaned it I accidently displaced it or something anyone knows how to fix this? My phone doesn't turn on anymore and the volume button sometimes lowers it's volume on it's own
