How do you take off the first back cover?

There’s a cover attached to the calculator when it is first opened that is holding the top and bottom ends of the calculator. How do you take off this back cover, which has no screws?

the cover clips on and can be a PITA to unclip and remove. You need a small spade tool as in phone tools to pry one side away from the other to release the clip. Finding the clip and which way to pry is the trick. Doing it without breaking the clips is the other trick.
