Power light turns blue, and then turns off right after.

So my dad probably broke this dsi about 10 years ago lol. He probably got mad and threw it at a wall. I recently replaced the battery. But it didn’t do anything. It charges, and then when i press the power button, the blue lights turns on and then off. What can i do to fix it?
