Could I replace the cameras with 11 Pro cameras?

I have recently been having a ton of trouble with my 13 Pro’s cameras. I find that the quality is much worse than my 11 Pro’s cameras. Unfortunately, I cannot get my 11 Pro back. I have also noticed that there is a ton of over-processing done to the photos after they are taken, but I know that’s a software issue. Regardless, I think the hardware is still not great. Would it be possible for me to replace the cameras in the 13 Pro with 11 Pro cameras?

In short, No.

The cameras are hardware locked to the device they are in. Even if the 11 had the same connectors, it would not work. Also, replacing them with another 13 Pro will not have them work without the work being done by Apple. If the phone us under warranty, recommend contacting apple for assistance.
