Lenovo Tab M10 Not Charging

Lenovo M10 (Lenovo TB-X605F) has the charging symbol when I connect it, but it stays at 0%, then dies. This has been happening for the past 4 months.

The only reason I could think of this is happening is the day when it stopped working, I left the charger in all day.
