Hi,
if it’s ok on here to ask this for a iPad I legally own. I need to find someone who I can pay to do a permanent removal of a iCloud activation lock on a iPad mini 5, ‘Wi-Fi only’ can anyone recommend to me who I should contact to get this done?

For this model or any ipad with A12 CPU . Hardware metode is not possible. If you change the SN and WIFI address on these models . You cannot active it . It will stuck on activation(Unable to activate, Error ) because of the new CPU design. It doesn't matter if it is wifi only or cellular.
