Hi,

Here’s a list of all the screws and their specifications used in an Asus X541UA. They are the same for a 541UJ and 541UV model.

Unfortunately there is no layout of where they’re situated except for the HDD screw.

Given that there are only 3 diameter sizes i.e. M2, M2.5 & M3 you could perhaps try sorting them by diameter and then the length using a vernier caliper gauge (supplier example only) and then measure the depth of the screw holes by inserting a thin wire and then measuring it to know which screw might fit correctly

Usually with flathead screws, the nominal length of the screw does not include the head of the screw which would be added to give the literal length. With countersunk screws and certain types of roundhead screws it is different.

Here's a link which has images that explains it better than I can.

The diameter is the width of the shaft of the screw and not the head
