Mac mini 2008 will not boot had clicking sound so changed ssd same tickling sound in few attempt to start but no success then still not boot but tickling sound is gone, wanted to do internet recovery method to install OS (will it work ? - any other suggestions ?) but nothing comes on screen however the power light turns on in mac mini, please suggest.

Sorry your system is too old for internet recovery. Your system can only support Lion OS-X 10.7.5 as the highest OS version your system will run.
You’ll need to find the original Grey CD/DVD disks that came with your system, or the retail version. You last option is download the OS installer from another Mac from here: Mac OS X Lion Installer and follow this guide Create a Bootable DVD Copy of OS X Lion Installer
From your description I’m not sure it you’ve have an OS problem alone.
I think you still have a hardware issue. Is this system worth the effort? Its quite limited.
