All liquids, (except distilled water), even Isopropyl Alcohol conduct electricity so having the power still connected when cleaning and the fact that it now doesn't power on means that you most probably have damaged one of the power regulators on the motherboard.
The schematics will definitely help you to track down which one.

I realize that your model is not the same number but I think that the motherboard may be the essentially the same.
If not search for (Insert motherboard make and model number) schematics to hopefully find them.
