Since you appear to have zero video (including the menu) I would suggest you remove the back panel from your TV and take a look at the mainboard. that is where all the video inputs are house and where the video decoding happens. Check for anything unusual looking like missing or burned components etc. Post some good pictures of your boards with your Question so we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question

Still doesn't Work
@roku31989 what does not work? This question is 3 years old and no responds from the OP. Right now we do not know what TV you have, what model it is and what you have tried. If you want to try to fix your TV, then you have to give us all the information needed to figure it out.

Tried resetting it and all the fixes from the TCL website and it still has no video. You can hear audio
